Why an AI MBA

The MBA for People Who Have to Make AI Work, Not Just Explain It

Every company is racing to put AI to work, and most are failing because the people in the room do not know how to turn a model into a working product, a reliable workflow, or a measurable result. The AI MBA treats that gap as a discipline in its own right: prompt and context engineering, building and shipping AI-powered features, and leading the change management that makes AI adoption actually stick.

Today's product managers are expected to prototype and "vibecode" with AI, not just write requirements for someone else to build. Elton builds that fluency 1-on-1: instead of a fixed cohort moving through a shared syllabus, your professors and coach design your AI MBA around the product, team, or company you are actually working on.

No GMAT required. Start immediately. Full refund within your first 30 days.

Who this is for

Built for People Who Want AI to Ship, Not Just Impress

The Aspiring AI Product Manager

You want to lead AI-powered products: prototyping with AI, shipping features fast, and working closely with engineers instead of waiting on them.

The Operator Deploying AI In-House

Your company needs someone to find the highest-value AI use cases, pick the tools, and lead the rollout across teams. You want to be that person.

The Founder Building an AI Product

You are building a startup with AI at its core. Your team helps you prototype quickly, choose the right models and tools, and turn AI capability into a real product customers pay for.

The Consultant or Solutions Engineer

You want to help other companies put AI to work: designing prompts, agents, and workflows that connect to real data and tools and actually hold up in production.

The Manager Future-Proofing a Team

You lead a team today and want the fluency to decide where AI genuinely helps, where it does not, and how to bring your team along without losing them.

The Career Changer Moving Into AI

You do not come from a technical background but know AI fluency is now a baseline business skill. Your team builds the bridge from where you are to a role built around it.

What you master

The Six Domains of the AI MBA

Your professors teach the same six domains every Elton 1-on-1 MBA student masters — business systems, strategy, technology, marketing, team dynamics, and personal mastery — through the lens of AI, plus the disciplines unique to this concentration:

  • Prompt & Context Engineering — designing prompts, agents, and workflows that get reliable results out of large language models
  • AI Product Management & "Vibecoding" — prototyping and shipping AI-powered features with AI coding tools, not just writing requirements
  • AI Tool & Vendor Evaluation — cutting through the hype to pick the models, platforms, and tools that fit a real use case and budget
  • Workflow & Process Automation — connecting AI to real data and systems to automate work that used to take a team
  • AI Strategy & ROI — identifying high-value AI use cases, measuring whether they work, and making the business case to fund them
  • Responsible AI & Change Management — navigating data, privacy, and governance risk while leading the adoption that makes AI stick

A Real Credential. Without the Cohort Price Tag.

AI bootcamps and prompting courses teach the tools in a weekend or two. Elton gives you a real MBA built around using them.

An AI Bootcamp or Prompting Course

Teaches specific tools and prompting techniques in a short, often self-paced format. Useful as an introduction, but it is not a graduate business credential and rarely covers product or strategy.

A Traditional MBA

Delivers a strong general business foundation as a full-time, on-campus, one- or two-year cohort program costing $45,000-$200,000, usually with little or no coursework on building or deploying AI.

Elton's AI MBA

Gives you 1-on-1 expert professors, a coach, and a curriculum built specifically around shipping and deploying AI — for $22,000 total, no GMAT, and a start date whenever you are ready.
