Elton gives them a faster, more affordable path: a personalized MBA in under a year, a master's tailored to their goals, or a PhD by Publication in two to four years, all taught 1-on-1.
As our Admissions Recruiter, you will connect those people to Elton and guide them from first question to first Sprint.
What you will do
- Recruit PhD, MBA, and master's candidates through outreach, partnerships, events, and online communities
- Host info sessions and talk with prospective students about their goals
- Explain how our model works: 1-on-1 instruction, personalized curricula, recognition of prior learning, and stacking credentials
- Help each applicant decide if Elton fits, and refer them elsewhere when it doesn't
- Guide admitted students through enrollment and a smooth first month
- Track your pipeline in our CRM and report on inquiries, conversions, and enrollment
- Share what you hear from prospects so we can improve our programs and message
You might be a fit if you
- Have experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or advising, ideally with graduate or adult learners
- Listen well and ask good questions
- Can explain a new model clearly and honestly
- Feel energized by helping people take a big step
- Work well independently and track details
